Field Sales Executive – Surat Textile Market

Type: Full-time, field job

Reports to: Sales Manager

Working hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Your daily routine

- 10 AM – 12 PM: Report at the factory. Submit yesterday's collected data. Enter it into the sheet. Pick up samples for the day.

- 12 PM – 8 PM: Visit textile shops in the Surat markets (e.g. Ring Road, Saroli, etc.)

What you will do in the market

- Show physical fabric samples to shop owners/buyers

- Ask if they are interested

- Collect shop details: shop name, owner name, mobile number, market name, which fabric they deal in, current supplier

- Mark each shop as: Interested / Not interested / Maybe later — with a short reason

Daily target

- Minimum 50 shops per day

- That is about 6–7 shops per hour in 8 hours of market time — very doable

- Complete data for every shop visited

Who we want

- 12th pass or above

- Speaks Gujarati and Hindi

- Freshers can apply. 1 year of field work is a plus.

- Comfortable walking and travelling in the market all day

- Honest in filling data — fake entries will not be accepted

Salary :

₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

+ incentive per verified data entry

+ incentive per confirmed interested buyer

Note: This job is data first, sales second. Your main job is to bring back correct information about every shop you visit.
