Job Summary:

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting dental clinics, hospitals, and colleges to promote and sell dental equipment and consumables. This role requires excellent communication, relationship management, and product demonstration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit dental clinics, colleges, and dealers in assigned areas to generate leads and sales.

• Demonstrate products such as lasers, implant motors, and surgical kits to dentists.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key opinion leaders.

• Plan and execute daily route visits and maintain visit reports.

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.

• Coordinate with the inside sales and logistics teams for timely deliveries and payments.

• Participate in dental exhibitions, workshops, and seminars for brand promotion.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to improve performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc., BDS, BBA, or related preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in dental, medical, or pharma industry.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated with a passion for on-field sales and customer interaction.

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools).

• Fluency in English and Hindi; local language preferred.

Preferred:

• Experience in selling dental or medical devices/equipment.

• Knowledge of brands like Medency, Surgident, Mani, and Turborock.
