About the Role

AB TRADERS is looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence and generate new business opportunities.

The role involves travelling across different areas, visiting construction sites, identifying ongoing and upcoming projects, meeting potential customers and professionals, generating leads and developing strong market relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit construction sites and identify potential projects and customers.

• Meet builders, contractors, architects, engineers, homeowners and other professionals.

• Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.

• Promote AB TRADERS and its products professionally.

• Conduct meetings, site visits and regular follow-ups.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Coordinate with the showroom team to convert leads into sales.

• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain regular updates on market activities and customer feedback.

• Represent AB TRADERS professionally and positively in the market.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales / Business Development.

• Experience in construction, building materials, sanitaryware, plumbing or real estate will be an advantage.

• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, presentable and professional personality.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-building ability.

• Comfortable with extensive field travel.

• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
