Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories

• Conduct field visits and client meetings to promote products/services

• Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers

• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers

• Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

• 2–4 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development

• Strong negotiation and convincing skills

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is an advantage

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally
