Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients and promote company products/services.
Generate leads through cold calling, market visits, networking and referrals.
Give product demonstrations and explain features, pricing, and benefits.
Maintain and grow strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain daily visit reports, client interaction updates and sales closures.
Identify new business opportunities in the market and propose strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery & customer support.
Attend sales meetings, reviews and training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Strong negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under target-driven environment.
Good presentation skills and willingness to learn.
Must be comfortable with travelling extensively.
