About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone who has strong on-ground sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into customers through field visits.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients on-site, promoting company services, and ensuring strong customer retention. Experience in E-commerce sales, subscription selling, or B2B field sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit potential clients and generate on-ground leads through field sales activities.
· Pitch and sell E-commerce marketplace services/subscriptions (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
· Build and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients.
· Conduct product/service presentations during client visits.
· Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories.
· Actively follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
· Meet weekly/monthly sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
· Maintain records of daily client visits, calls, and conversions.
· Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance to clients.
· Collect market insights and competitors’ information.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
· Prepare sales reports and update the CRM/sales tracker regularly.
Requirements:
· 1–3 years of proven field sales experience (mandatory).
· Experience in E-commerce, B2B sales, or subscription-based selling is preferred.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
· Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and daily client meetings.
· Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
· Own two-wheeler is preferred for field visits.
