Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to manage corporate and institutional sales in the Delhi NCR region. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate and institutional clients, managing key accounts, and driving business growth, preferably within the FMCG or water industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and develop new business opportunities in corporate and institutional sales
Visit corporate offices, institutions, hotels, hospitals, and commercial establishments
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, institutions, and bulk buyers
Promote FMCG / water products and close sales deals
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and timely delivery
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in field sales, corporate sales, or institutional sales
Experience in FMCG or water industry will be preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in handling B2B, corporate, or institutional clients
Good knowledge of the Delhi NCR market
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Graduate or equivalent qualification
