Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team and promote Cyber Security products and services.

The candidate will be responsible for field sales, business development, customer visits, lead generation and relationship management. The role involves understanding customer requirements, identifying their cyber security needs, presenting suitable solutions and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Freshers with good communication skills and an interest in Cyber Security, Sales & Marketing are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers regularly for business development.

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, networking and market research.

• Identify new customers, industries and business opportunities for Cyber Security solutions.

• Meet customers, understand their IT and Cyber Security requirements, and explain relevant products/services.

• Promote the company’s Cyber Security solutions, IT products and related services.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and sales enquiries.

• Conduct product/service presentations and coordinate with the technical team for demonstrations.

• Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.

• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and coordinate meetings, demonstrations and technical discussions.

• Identify new markets, customer segments and potential industries requiring Cyber Security solutions.

• Collect market information and monitor competitor activities and offerings.

• Coordinate with the technical/service team to understand and fulfil customer requirements.

• Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, quotations and sales activities.

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.

• Attend exhibitions, promotional events, seminars and other marketing activities when required.

• Follow up with customers regarding pending orders, payments and other commercial requirements.

• Travel within Mumbai and nearby areas for customer meetings and business development.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and comfortable with field sales and customer interaction.

• Good convincing, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Strong interest in Cyber Security, IT products and technology solutions.

• Basic understanding of Cyber Security concepts will be an advantage.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical products and solutions.

• Self-motivated, energetic and target-oriented.

• Good customer-handling and relationship-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.

• Ability and willingness to travel for customer meetings and field visits.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Eligibility

• BBA / MBA – Sales & Marketing / Marketing / Business Administration.

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security / Information Technology / Computer Science will be preferred.

• Candidates with technical certification in Cyber Security will be preferred.

• Freshers can apply.

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development or IT/Cyber Security Sales can apply.

• Candidates interested in field sales, business development and Cyber Security solutions are preferred.
