Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to join our growth team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client relationships, presenting IT solutions, and driving revenue growth.
This is a quota-carrying position that requires exceptional communication, networking, and deal-closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
Collaborate with the presales/technical team to prepare BOQs and proposals.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain accurate pipeline data and provide weekly sales reports.
Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Marketing/IT preferred).
2–5 years of B2B sales experience in IT hardware, networking, or cybersecurity.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with OEMs such as Fortinet, Sophos, Aruba, Cisco, or similar products is an advantage.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel extensively.
