Are you an aggressive go-getter who loves meeting new people and closing deals? Siddhivinayak Consultants is looking for a dynamic, result-driven Field Sales Executive to drive business growth. If you have on-field experience and a hunger for success, we want you!
💰 Compensation & Perks
Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)
Incentives: Uncapped Performance Incentives (Earn extra on every deal closed!)
Allowances: Daily Travel & Fuel Allowances provided
💼 Job Responsibilities
On-Field Sales: Meet clients face-to-face, pitch services/products, and close business deals.
Lead Generation: Identify new market opportunities, generate leads, and set up B2B or B2C meetings.
Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Reporting: Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and report directly to the Sales Manager.
🌟 Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven on-field sales experience is mandatory.
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid Driving License.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.
Attributes: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable with traveling daily.
