Field Sales Coordinator

*Sales & Business Development*

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, distributors, and dealers.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per company goals.

• Explore new market segments and applications for company cable products.

• Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and tenders for clients.

• Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close profitable deals.

*Marketing & Promotion*

• Plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote cable products.

• Coordinate with marketing teams for brochures, digital content, and brand promotion activities.

• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility.

• Conduct competitor analysis and suggest pricing or promotional strategies.

*Client Relationship Management*

• Maintain long-term business relations through regular follow-ups and customer support.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery, quality assurance, and after-sales service.

• Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.

*Market Research & Analysis*

• Conduct regular market research to identify trends, demands, and potential growth areas.

• Gather competitor intelligence and provide management with periodic market feedback reports.

• Monitor sales data and prepare performance analysis reports for management review.

*Team Management & Coordination*

• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.

• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and dispatch.

• Train team members on product knowledge, selling skills, and market updates.
