About the Role

Mytronlabs is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Field Operations Executives to support our AI-powered data collection projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up camera devices, assisting participants during recordings, monitoring data collection activities, and ensuring smooth field operations across project locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, configure, and deploy camera devices and wearable equipment for data collection projects.

- Assist participants with device usage and recording procedures.

- Monitor data collection activities and ensure quality standards are maintained.

- Troubleshoot basic hardware and operational issues during field assignments.

- Coordinate device deployment, retrieval, maintenance, and inventory tracking.

- Maintain accurate records of field activities and collected data.

- Travel to participant locations, client sites, and project venues as required.

- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, operational processes, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.

- Comfortable traveling extensively across Bengaluru / Surat locations.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, cameras, and mobile applications.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments efficiently.

- Willingness to work in outdoor and field environments.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate / Diploma holder can apply.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Experience in field operations, surveys, logistics, delivery operations, device deployment, or data collection is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to interact professionally with participants and clients.

- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
