Marixn Technologies is looking for a proactive and driven Field Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and business development. You’ll play a key role in identifying new prospects, nurturing leads, and converting opportunities into successful deals.
Drive sales through cold calling, client meetings, door-to-door visits, and presentations.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Identify potential customers and develop tailored sales strategies.
Track and report sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.
Support the expansion of our client base through lead generation and follow-ups.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Education: Minimum qualification – 12th Pass.
Experience: 0–5 years in field sales, telesales, or a similar role.
Familiarity with various sales techniques and ability to adapt based on client needs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with using smartphones, sales apps, and basic computer tools.
A self-motivated team player with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and outreach.
