📍 Location: Pune

💼 Position: Field Sales Executive

💰 Salary: ₹3 – ₹8 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate based on interview performance)

Experience

✅ 2–5 years in Field Sales / Business Development (Preferably IT, Technology, or Service Industry)
✅ Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are also welcome.

Qualification

🎓 Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
🎓 Technical background preferred

Key Responsibilities

✔ Generate new business through field visits, networking & cold calling
✔ Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements
✔ Present products/services and close sales opportunities
✔ Build long-term customer relationships
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
✔ Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
✔ Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
✔ Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
