Role Summary:
The Franchise Dealer Associate will be mapped to a specific franchise dealer and will be responsible for driving secondary sales, lead conversion, and painter/contractor activation. The role aims to improve sales turnover, contractor engagement, and brand visibility at the franchise counter.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
1. Business Outcome
Drive sales value and special product turnover through the franchise dealer counter.
Ensure achievement of secondary sales targets.
2. Product & Special Product Sales
Ensure regular product sales through the franchise counter.
Focus on
special product sales to improve overall turnover.
3. Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate leads through geographical scanning and dealer/contractor connect.
Convert central, dealer, and self-generated leads for painting services.
4. Painter / Contractor Enrolment
Enroll painters and contractors into the Sparkle Contractor Loyalty Program.
Maintain updated records of enrolled painters and contractors.
5. Activation & Engagement
Regularly interact with painters and contractors to keep them active in the system.
Communicate schemes, offers, and new product launches to ensure continuous product lifting and secondary sales.
6. Display & Merchandising
Maintain planogram and in-shop display at the franchise counter as per SOP.
Ensure correct product placement, packaging visibility, and proper in-shop branding.
7. Meetings & Market Activities
Conduct painter/contractor shop meetings along with TSM/TSE.
Support franchise dealer in promoting new launches, schemes, and booster programs.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: Minimum 12th pass / Diploma holders; Graduates preferred
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Candidates from paint industry or allied industries preferred
Age: Less than 25 years preferred
Skills Required:
Strong communication skills
Willingness to travel and work in the field
High learning agility and positive attitude
