We are hiring motivated and energetic candidates for Kotak 811 Digital Savings Account Opening through the Business Correspondent (BC) Channel. The role involves acquiring new customers, assisting them in opening Zero Balance Digital Savings Accounts, completing KYC formalities, and promoting digital banking services.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as well as experienced candidates who want to build a career in Banking, Financial Services, Sales, and Digital Banking.
Key Responsibilities
Open Kotak 811 Digital Savings Accounts.
Guide customers through Digital KYC and Account Opening.
Generate new customer leads through field marketing and referrals.
Promote Digital Banking products and services.
Ensure customer documentation and compliance.
Achieve daily and monthly account opening targets.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records and report daily activities.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass / Graduate
Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills.
Smartphone and internet knowledge.
Field sales experience is an added advantage.
