Responsible for supervising security personnel at client sites, ensuring compliance with security protocols, and maintaining discipline and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections and monitor guard deployment.
Ensure adherence to security procedures and client requirements.
Handle incident reporting and coordinate with clients on security concerns.
Train and guide security staff on duties and emergency response.
Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and performance records.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in manpower & security services.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts.
Knowledge of basic security equipment and procedures.
