🚨 HIRING: Operations Executive – Device & Field Operations


📍 Location: Bengaluru

🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office

💼 Experience: 1–3 Years

💰 CTC: ₹3–3.5 LPA

📅 Working Days: 6 Days/Week

⏰ Timings: 10 AM–5 PM + 8 PM–10 PM


🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Device & retail kit preparation

• Inventory and serial-number tracking

• Dispatch, shipment tracking & delivery coordination

• Device replacement, return & recovery

• Store deployment and post-deployment support

• Basic device troubleshooting & coordination with technical team

• Maintaining Excel/Google Sheets trackers

• Coordination with stores, courier partners & field teams

• New store deployment support


🔴 MUST-HAVE

• 1–3 years of relevant Operations / Logistics / Inventory / Field Operations experience

• Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication & follow-up skills

• Comfortable with hands-on device, packaging & dispatch-related work

• Fluent Hindi + 2 South Indian languages preferred, especially Kannada/Tamil

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment


🟢 GOOD TO HAVE

• E-commerce / last-mile logistics experience

• Hardware/electronics or device inventory experience

• Customer/store support experience

• AI/automation exposure
