The FOS (Field Executive) receives customer details either from the internal team or via the client application. Upon receiving the leads, the FOS must visit the customer’s location, meet the customer, verify the checklist, and collect the necessary documents as per the client’s requirements. After verification, the details and documents should be uploaded to the client application, along with geo-tagged images.

The FOS receives leads from the Kotak Partner app.
The FOS visits the customer location, verifies the customer's KYC details, and completes biometric verification at the end of the process to close the lead.
Kotak STP
Pay out 300 Rs Per Lead
For Kotak STP, the FOS does not receive leads from the client.
The FOS is required to generate leads by approaching random customers, explaining the benefits of the Kotak 811 Zero Balance Savings Account, and assisting interested customers in opening the account.
