Key Responsibilities:
• Collect daily/weekly/monthly rental amounts from riders/customers
• Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely recovery
• Recover vehicles in cases of non-payment, contract breach, or misuse
• Coordinate with operations, fleet, and support teams
• Maintain accurate records of collections and recoveries
• Ensure safe return of vehicles to hubs or service centers
• Educate riders about rental terms, payments, and penalties
• Report disputes or risks to the reporting manager
• Follow legal and ethical recovery practices
