
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct personal discussions (PD)• with customers/applicants as per the assigned cases.
• Verify applicant details including personal, financial, and professional information.
• Assess applicant’s intent, repayment capacity, and authenticity of shared information.
• Collect and update accurate data in the VAK CRM/PD system in real time.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned PD cases within defined SLA (Turnaround Time).
• Communicate effectively with coordinators, team leaders, and reporting managers.
• Maintain professionalism while dealing with customers, representing VAK Reports and client banks.
• Report discrepancies, suspicious behavior, or red flags to seniors immediately.
• Follow organizational policies, compliance, and data security protocols.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly case closure targets.
