Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Frontline Real Estate Executive to join our team in Jayanagar, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, property site visits, and supporting sales activities. Fluency in Kannada is essential for effective communication with local clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in clients and inquiries at the branch

Conduct property site visits and explain features and benefits to potential buyers

Maintain updated knowledge of available properties and pricing

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners

Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth client experience

Handle basic documentation and follow-up calls

Provide accurate information and honest representation of properties

Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Must be fluent in Kannada

Basic understanding of real estate processes

Customer service mindset and ability to handle field work

Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage

Salary & Benefits:

Experience Level Salary Range

Freshers ₹18,000/month

Experienced Up to ₹25,000/month (based on prior experience)

Incentives based on performance

6 Days Working : Monday to Saturday
