Desired Profile: Postgraduate in Marketing with 6-8 years in marketing, content and brand roles
Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a dynamic marketing manager to lead brand, content, and community initiatives for leading coworking brand.
You'll work closely with creative agencies, internal teams, and digital experts to roll out high-impact campaigns and drive engagement across physical and digital touchpoints.
Marketing & Campaign Execution
1. Manage the annual marketing calendar in coordination with internal teams.
2. Develop creative briefs and manage end-to-end campaign execution with agencies.
3. Ensure timely and high-quality rollouts of brand campaigns, promotions, and center launches.
Content & Social Media
1. Lead content creation-headlines, scripts, captions, visuals-for digital and on-ground assets.
2. Build monthly social calendars; post and manage content (Instagram, LinkedIn).
3. Stay updated on trends and viral formats to keep the brand relevant.
Digital Marketing Support
1. Collaborate with the Digital Lead on SEO, SEM, paid media, and analytics.
2. Ideate and support digital brand initiatives like podcasts and video content.
Community & Experience
1. Be the brand's face at coworking centers-drive tenant engagement and community building.
2. Plan and execute internal campaigns, micro-events, and UGC initiatives with the Events Lead.
Partnerships & Activations
Execute influencer campaigns, brand collaborations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
