Paras Group is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Professionals to strengthen our sales team across multiple locations in Delhi-NCR & Haryana.

• Jammu City

### 🎯 Positions

AASM – Assistant Area Sales Manager

SSO – Senior Sales Officer

SO – Sales Officer

### 💼 Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve assigned targets.

• Develop and maintain dealer/distributor/channel network.

• Generate new business opportunities and expand market coverage.

• Manage existing customers and strengthen business relationships.

• Ensure primary & secondary sales growth.

• Conduct regular market visits and track competitor activities.

• Drive product visibility and market activation activities.

• Ensure timely collection and payment follow-ups.

• Prepare regular sales reports and market updates.

### 👤 Candidate Profile

Experience in •Sales / Channel Sales / Dealer & Distributor Management•• preferred.

Candidates from •Pipes, Plumbing, Water Tanks, Building Materials, Sanitaryware, Electrical or allied industries•• will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive market visits.

• Candidates with strong knowledge of the respective local market will be preferred.
