About the Role

hiring energetic and result-oriented Field Representatives for Rider Acquisition and Onboarding. This is a field sales-oriented role where the candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential riders/customers who are interested in taking rental electric scooters.

The Field Representative will generate leads, explain the rental plans and benefits of electric scooters, convince potential riders, and support them through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential riders who require electric scooters on rent.

- Conduct field sales and promotional activities to generate rider leads.

- Explain Bounce Infinity's electric scooter rental plans, benefits, and offers.

- Convince and convert interested riders into customers.

- Complete rider registration and onboarding processes.

- Assist riders with required documentation and verification.

- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, local market activities, and other sources.

- Build relationships with potential riders and ensure regular follow-ups.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly rider acquisition targets.

- Coordinate with the operations team for successful scooter allocation and onboarding.

- Maintain daily reports of leads, conversions, and onboarded riders.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 5 years.

- Experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Rider Acquisition, Customer Acquisition, B2C Sales, or Onboarding preferred.

- Candidates with experience in EV, electric vehicles, mobility, rental services, delivery platforms, or related industries will be preferred.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Strong ability to work independently in the field.

- Target-oriented and energetic personality.

- Knowledge of the Mumbai local market will be an advantage.
