About the Role
We are looking for a Surveyor – Corporate Leasing who can identify and assess commercial properties, collect on-ground market information, and support the corporate leasing team with accurate property data and insights.
What You’ll Do
Conduct on-ground surveys of commercial properties across Gurgaon and surrounding business hubs
Identify available office spaces, commercial buildings and potential leasing opportunities
Collect property details including location, area, rent, availability, amenities, building specifications and other relevant information
Coordinate with property owners, brokers and building representatives
Verify and update property information regularly
Maintain an accurate database of surveyed properties and market leads
Track new developments, upcoming commercial projects and changes in the local leasing market
Share market observations and property updates with the corporate leasing team
Support the team in shortlisting properties based on client requirements
Ensure timely reporting of survey findings and daily activities
What We’re Looking For
0–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, property surveying, corporate leasing or a related field
Good knowledge of Gurgaon’s commercial real estate market
Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travelling locally
Good understanding of commercial property parameters and rental markets
Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and maintaining databases
Ability to independently collect, verify and organise information
A two-wheeler and valid driving licence would be preferred
Who Will Fit In
Someone who is street-smart, observant and comfortable talking to property owners, brokers and local contacts—and can turn on-ground information into useful data for the leasing team.
