Job Role & Responsibilities:
As a Field Support Warrior, you will be the frontline hero ensuring our digital signage solutions run smoothly at client locations. Your key responsibilities will include:
✔ On-Site Support – Regularly visit customer locations to ensure digital screens function properly.
✔ Installation & Repairs – Execute installations, repairs, and maintenance as per company guidelines.
✔ Emergency Support – Be available for urgent troubleshooting to provide quick and efficient solutions.
✔ Customer Interaction – Coordinate with clients to understand issues and deliver effective resolutions.
✔ Technical Coordination – Work closely with the team to prioritize and report technical issues.
🚨 Important Requirement: A two-wheeler and driving Licence is mandatory for this role.
