Core Responsibilities

Daily Briefings & Site Operations: Participate in mandatory morning briefing sessions regarding the day’s specific brand changeover objectives. Travel to assigned sites across Noida and Gurugram to execute the physical brand changeover.

Reporting & Documentation: Capture high-quality "before and after" pictures of each changeover site and compile daily status reports for submission to the project manager.

Market Activation: Execute on-ground marketing and promotional activations in local markets and societies to enhance brand visibility.

Incentives Management: Proactively engage with the local audience during activations, with the opportunity to earn additional financial incentives based on performance and target completion.

Requirements & Skills

Strong geographical familiarity with sectors and residential societies in Noida and Gurugram.

Own, reliable two-wheeler transportation with a valid driving license.

Capability to operate a smartphone for daily reporting, capturing pictures, and location tracking.

Basic communication skills to comfortably interact with society residents and local market vendors.
