JOB DESCRIPTION – FIELD OFFICER

Designation: Field Officer

Job Purpose

The Field Officer is responsible for supervising security manpower deployed at client locations and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper deployment of security guards at all assigned sites.

• Check daily attendance and manpower availability.

• Arrange immediate replacement for absent guards.

• Visit assigned client locations regularly.

• Check guards' uniform, ID card, grooming and discipline.

• Ensure guards are performing their assigned duties properly.

• Monitor guard performance and attendance.

• Coordinate with Security Supervisors and Guards.

• Attend to client complaints and resolve operational issues.

• Maintain good communication with client representatives.

• Conduct regular security inspections and submit visit reports.

• Ensure site registers and required documents are properly maintained.

• Provide basic training and duty instructions to security guards.

• Report incidents, manpower shortages and other issues to the Operations Manager.

• Coordinate with HR/Recruitment for new manpower and replacements.

• Follow up on pending manpower requirements until closure.

• Ensure company rules, client instructions and site SOPs are followed.

• Submit daily/weekly reports to management.

Required Skills

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage security guards and supervisors.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Problem-solving ability.

• Willingness to travel to different client locations.

• Previous experience in security/manpower operations is preferred.

  Bike is mandatory
