Visit client locations regularly to monitor security operations and manpower.
Recruit security guards, supervisors, lady guard and other manpower as per company requirements.
Deploy manpower to client sites and arrange replacements for absentee employees.
Conduct interviews, document verification, and onboarding of new employees.
Ensure security personnel are in proper uniform, maintain discipline, and follow company SOPs.
Monitor attendance, shift deployment, and daily operational activities.
Build and maintain good relationships with clients and resolve operational issues promptly.
Conduct surprise inspections and submit daily field visit reports to the Operations Manager.
Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams for recruitment, deployment, and manpower planning.
Ensure all statutory and company records at client sites are properly maintained.
Handle emergency manpower requirements and support smooth day-to-day operations.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: PUC / Diploma / Graduate.
Experience: 1–5 years in Security Services, Facility Management, or Manpower Operations.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and report preparation.
Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
Willingness to travel to multiple client locations.
