We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team R S Associates. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing loan recover opportunities. The position offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Recovery through door-to-door visits.
Build strong customer relationships and meet to follow up with customers.
Negotiation repayment plans, settlements, and secure payment in compliance with company policies.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

Job Requirements:

Experience :- Fresher or experienced debt collection.

Skills:- Exceptional negotiation, verbal communication, interpersonal skills.

Common Qualification

High school passed.
