Job Description – ZED Facilitator (Field Role)

We are hiring ZED Facilitators to work with MSMEs and support them in improving their business processes, quality systems, and operations.

This is a field-active role, where you will visit factories, understand their workflow, and guide them through the ZED certification process.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit MSMEs / factories (Field Work)
Understand and improve business processes
Prepare documentation and reports
Support clients in ZED Certification
Coordinate with clients and internal team
