Role Overview
We are looking for a Field Executive to handle on-ground property operations across North-East Bangalore. This role requires extensive local travel, property visits, coordination with tenants and vendors, and real-time updates through mobile applications. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors, are comfortable traveling daily within the city, and prefer structured, field-based responsibilities over desk work.

Key Responsibilities
● Visit assigned residential properties as per daily schedule
● Conduct routine property inspections and document observations
● Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and maintenance vendors
● Capture site photographs and upload updates via company mobile tools
● Assist in move-in and move-out inspections
● Verify property inventory and condition
● Ensure tasks are completed within assigned timelines
● Maintain professional communication during site visits

Candidate Requirements
● Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (PUC)
● Graduation is an added advantage
● Minimum 1 year of experience in field operations, delivery, real estate, or similar on-ground roles
● Comfortable with daily local travel across North-East Bangalore
● Basic smartphone proficiency (photos, apps, reporting)
● Good communication skills in English and any local language
● Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Compensation & Benefits
● ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month (CTC), based on experience
