Responsibilities
1. Patient Counseling – Educate patients on the services they may require through structured and meaningful discussions.
2. Service Awareness – Provide clear and concise information about the company’s offerings to help patients make informed decisions.
3. Engagement & Interest Building – Create awareness and generate interest in the services provided.
4. Patient Assistance – Understand patient concerns and guide them through their entire healthcare journey.
5. Single Point of Contact – Act as the primary liaison for all patient-related needs.
6. Billing Coordination – Collaborate with partner hospitals to ensure smooth billing and financial clarity for patients.
7. Patient Follow-ups – Maintain and track follow-ups for new and existing patients, ensuring continued engagement.
8. Hospital Coordination – Work closely with partner hospitals to provide transparent and accurate information to patients.
9. Commitment to Care – Go above and beyond to ensure patients receive the best possible healthcare experience.
Job Requirements
1. Experience: 1-3 years in customer care, patient counseling, or a related field.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to hold meaningful conversations and build rapport with patients.
4. Process-Oriented: A structured approach to managing patient journeys.
5. Healthcare Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
Skills Required
1. Negotiation & Persuasion – Ability to communicate value and help patients make informed decisions.
2. Process Adherence – Follow standardized workflows to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
