Field Executive

Job Summary

The Field Collection Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Field Collection Executives, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, monitoring field activities, and achieving collection targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Field Collection Executives.

• Allocate collection cases and monitor daily field visits.

• Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.

• Track team performance through regular reviews and MIS reports.

• Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving customer issues.

• Conduct field visits with team members to improve collection effectiveness.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, collection procedures, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor productivity, attendance, and discipline of the collection team.

• Coordinate with operations, legal, and customer service teams for case resolution.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.

• Train new team members on collection processes, negotiation techniques, and compliance standards.

• Analyze delinquent accounts and develop strategies to improve recovery rates.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in collections, recovery, or field operations.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a field collection team.

• Valid driving license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
