The position will involve regular field visits, meeting customers, generating new leads, following up with prospective customers, and supporting the sales process. The executive will also be responsible for customer support, resolving customer queries, coordinating with the banking/finance team regarding loan and payment-related work, and maintaining proper records of leads and customer interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
