Job Title: Field Executive – Site Supervision, Operations & Sales

Company: NEW SAFETY POINT (NSP)

Salary: ₹15,000 per month + ₹1,000 monthly bike maintenance allowance + petrol reimbursement as per company policy.

Job Description

NEW SAFETY POINT (NSP) is looking for a responsible, punctual, and motivated Field Executive to manage daily field operations, coordinate site installation activities, assist with business development, and support the smooth execution of company projects.

The role involves visiting project sites and client locations, supervising installation work, delivering and collecting materials and documents, coordinating with workers and clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities for the company.

A personal bike and a valid two-wheeler driving licence are mandatory. Candidates without their own bike should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Installation Supervision: Visit project sites and supervise installation activities related to road safety products, boom barriers, epoxy flooring, thermoplastic road marking, garden lights, and other company services.

• Site & Client Coordination: Coordinate with installation workers, contractors, clients, suppliers, and the office team to ensure smooth execution of site work.

• Material Delivery & Collection: Transport company materials, tools, and documents between the office, suppliers, clients, and project sites.

• Cheque & Document Collection: Visit designated locations to collect cheques, documents, and other paperwork as instructed.

• Sales & Business Development: Identify potential customers, visit prospective clients, explain the company's products and services, follow up on leads, and help generate new business orders.

• Order Coordination: Coordinate with clients and the office team to help convert sales opportunities into confirmed orders.

• Site Visits & Reporting: Visit assigned locations, monitor work progress, share site updates, and report issues to management.

• Daily Field Operations: Handle other field-related tasks and operational responsibilities assigned by the company.

Requirements

• Must own a personal bike and have a valid two-wheeler driving licence.

• Must be comfortable travelling regularly to project sites and client locations.

• Good communication, coordination, and time-management skills.

• Willingness to interact with clients and pursue sales opportunities.

• Honest, punctual, responsible, and self-motivated.

• Basic smartphone and WhatsApp skills for sharing updates and coordinating work.

• Experience in field operations, sales, construction, installation, or site supervision will be preferred.

• Freshers with a suitable attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.

Salary, Allowances & Incentives

• Fixed salary: ₹15,000 per month.

• Bike maintenance allowance: ₹1,000 per month.

• Petrol/travel reimbursement: As per company policy; details will be discussed during the interview.

• Sales commission: Additional commission may be earned on orders successfully generated and secured for the company by the employee. The commission structure and applicable terms will be discussed during the interview.
