Visit clients daily and explain company products/services clearly.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
3. Achieving Sales Targets
Work towards weekly and monthly sales goals.
Convert leads into successful sales and ensure proper documentation.
4. Market Research & Competitor Tracking
Stay updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Share useful field insights with the management.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relations with customers for repeat business.
Provide after-sales support whenever needed.
6. Daily Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily field reports (visits, leads, conversions).
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding, order processing, or account activation.
7. On-Ground Activities
Participate in marketing campaigns, stalls, or promotions when required.
8. Discipline & Field Coverage
Must spend 6–8 hours daily in the field.
Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and good communication skills.
9. Documentation & Compliance
Collect customer documents accurately.
Ensure the correct process is followed for every sale.
