Key Responsibilities: 1. One Health Member Plan (OHMP) Awareness & Sales: - Proactively engage patients at the clinic to promote OHMP, emphasizing savings and benefits. - Convert walk-in and follow-up patients into OHMP members through consistent counseling and support. - Meet monthly OHMP sales targets and maintain accurate conversion records. - Follow up with interested patients to drive enrollment closure. 2. Athithi Desk Management (Clinic-to-Hospital Facilitation): - Operate the Athithi Desk within the clinic as the central point for patients requiring hospital-based services. - Guide and coordinate referrals to the hospital, ensuring appropriate specialist mapping and smooth patient handover. - Collaborate with hospital teams for timely appointments and feedback. - Support in achieving clinic-level referral revenue targets. 3.
