We are looking for a Promoter to join our team!

The role involves conducting stall activities, promoting products and services, interacting with customers, generating leads, and achieving daily sales targets. The position offers ₹18,000 – ₹50,000 with attractive incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily stall activities at assigned locations.

Promote company products, offers, and services to customers.

Interact with customers and explain product benefits clearly.

Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.

Achieve daily and monthly sales/MNP targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Coordinate with the Team Leader and report daily activities.

Ensure the stall is properly maintained and customer-friendly.

Support promotional campaigns and other field activities.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th, and freshers are welcome to apply. The role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, customer-handling ability, and willingness to work in the field.

Candidates must be willing to work 6 days a week during the Day Shift.

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹50,000 + Incentives
