A Telecom Rigger is responsible for working at heights on mobile communication towers to install, dismantle, upgrade, and maintain telecom equipment. The role requires physical fitness, safety awareness, and teamwork to support telecom network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tower climbing for installation, alignment, and dismantling of antennas, RRUs, microwave dishes, and cables

• Assist in tower erection, strengthening, and maintenance activities

• Carry out rigging operations using pulleys, ropes, slings, and lifting tools

• Support RF technicians during antenna alignment and testing

• Ensure proper routing and fixing of feeder, power, and fiber cables

• Follow safety procedures, PPE usage, and work-at-height guidelines

• Conduct basic site inspections and report defects or hazards

• Work in coordination with engineers, supervisors, and ground teams
