A Tide Onboarding Executive is responsible for onboarding local merchants/shops onto the Tide platform. The role focuses on visiting businesses, explaining Tide’s services, assisting with registration, and ensuring successful activation.
Key Responsibilities
Visit nearby shops and small businesses in the assigned area
Explain Tide products/services and benefits to merchants
Complete merchant onboarding and KYC process
Assist in app installation and account activation
Ensure correct documentation and data submission
Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets
Maintain good relationships with merchants
Report daily work status to the team leader
