Job Summary

Social Dynamics is hiring a confident and target-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business for our digital marketing services. The candidate will work remotely, visit prospective customers, conduct meetings, follow up on opportunities and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and connect with at least 30 prospective customers every working day.

• Identify local businesses requiring digital marketing and lead-generation services.

• Meet business owners and decision-makers to understand their marketing needs.

• Present services including:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta and Instagram Ads

  • Social Media Marketing

  • SEO

  • Google Business Profile Optimisation

  • Website Development

  • WhatsApp and RCS Campaigns

  • CRM and Marketing Automation

• Conduct online and face-to-face sales presentations.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

• Update all visits, meetings, leads and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Submit daily field-visit and sales-performance reports.

• Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and identify upselling opportunities.

Performance Targets

• Daily Target: Visit a minimum of 30 prospective customers.

• Monthly Revenue Target: Generate and close a minimum of ₹3,00,000 in revenue.

• Meet assigned daily activity, weekly meeting and monthly sales-closure targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in field sales, business development, advertising or digital marketing sales is preferred.

• Freshers with strong communication and selling skills may also apply.

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation and closing abilities.

• Comfortable approaching businesses and meeting decision-makers.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote and field-based role.

• Willingness to travel throughout assigned areas in Bengaluru.

• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.

• English and Kannada are preferred. Hindi, Tamil or Telugu will be an additional advantage.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote + hybrid field-sales position. The candidate will work remotely for prospecting, follow-ups and reporting while spending a significant part of the day visiting customers. Attendance at the office, training sessions and review meetings may be required as scheduled.
