Job Role: Field Sales Executive / Sales Officer
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Responsibilities
Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Visit customers and potential clients in the assigned area.
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation and process.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Maintain regular contact with customers throughout the loan process.
Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Develop relationships with customers, builders, brokers and other referral sources.
Conduct regular field visits and maintain daily activity reports.
Eligibility
12th pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and candidates with relevant sales experience can apply.
Bike and valid driving licence are mandatory.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and meeting customers.
Should be comfortable working with sales targets.
Candidates should have good knowledge of their local area.
