We hire people whotake pride in craft - in the product and in how they work.THE ROLEField Executive - you are Railingo outside the showroom: site visits, measurements, localfollow-ups and the legwork that turns interest into orders.WHAT YOU WILL OWN- Site visits for measurement and feasibility, recorded accurately the same day- Field follow-ups on leads the showroom cannot close over the phone- Support installation days - site readiness, customer coordination, snag lists- Local market intelligence - upcoming projects, builders, competitor activity- Every visit and call logged in the Control Tower before the day endsWHAT YOU BRING- 1-3 years field experience (sales, service or site coordination); two-wheeler and licence- Careful with a measuring tape and honest with what the site actually shows- Reliable, punctual, presentable - you are the brand at the customer's gate- Smartphone-comfortable; the app is your daybookWHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE AT 90 DAYSMeasurements trusted enough that orders book straight off them, and a visit log the showroom plans around.COMPENSATION & GROWTHFixed salary as per experience and city benchmarks, plus the Railingo Fastrack incentive ladder onclosed business (details shared at interview).
