Customer Relationship Management:  Contact customers to explain Home Loan and LAP products  Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan solutions  Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals 2. Sales & Lead Generation:  Generate leads through field activities, references, and networking  Promote secured loan products to prospective customers  Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets 3. Channel & DSA Coordination:  Coordinate with DSAs, channel partners, and realtors for business generation  Support relationship-building activities with sourcing partners  Maintain regular follow-ups with business associates 4. Customer Support & Documentation:  Assist customers throughout the loan application process  Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates  Ensure proper collection and verification of documents 5. Reporting & Database Management:  Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports  Track lead status and daily activity updates  Ensure timely reporting to the reporting manager
