Field Recovery Agent (FOS) jobs in Dehradoon involve visiting customers to collect pending EMI, loan, or credit card payments. The role includes meeting clients, explaining dues, negotiating repayment plans, and updating daily recovery reports in the company system. Candidates are expected to achieve monthly collection targets while following company and RBI recovery guidelines.
