Visit assigned resorts/properties for coordination, inspections, and relationship management
Act as the on-ground point of contact between the company and resort owners/managers
Verify resort amenities, room readiness, hygiene standards, and service quality
Coordinate bookings, check-ins, check-outs, and special guest requirements
Support resort onboarding activities and documentation (agreements, KYC, pricing)
Monitor guest experience and resolve basic operational issues on-site
Conduct periodic audits and submit inspection and performance reports
Coordinate with operations, sales, and support teams for smooth service delivery
Ensure branding, pricing, and inventory details are accurately implemented at the resort
Handle vendor coordination for food, décor, housekeeping, or maintenance if required
Maintain professional conduct and represent the company positively at all resorts
Escalate critical issues to management and ensure timely resolution
