
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our customer base in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in person, building strong relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers across Bangalore to present products/services.
Identify new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain value propositions effectively.
Handle customer queries, provide solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily visit reports, sales data, and customer records in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payments.
Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and market outreach initiatives.
Stay updated with competitor activities and market trends in Bangalore.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: Business, Marketing, or related field).
Proven experience in field sales (industry-specific experience is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to take initiative.
Familiar with Bangalore geography and local market dynamics.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
