• Position: Growth Executive

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives

• Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Candidates with relevant interest and skills may also be considered)

• Working Days: 5 Days a Week

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Visit corporate offices, industries, and commercial establishments to identify food and beverage business opportunities.

• Generate B2B sales leads and build strong client relationships.

• Meet with procurement, administration, and HR teams to introduce company offerings.

• Present the company's food and beverage products and services to prospective clients.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status in a timely manner.

Required Skills

• Experience or knowledge in B2B Sales and Business Development.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent relationship-building and customer engagement abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.

• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
